CHEF de PARTIE - SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, EVERGREEN BAR & KITCHEN Please note previous kitchen experience is required.

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6AM
, bringing your rate of pay to £14.10 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3:30am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

• Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Lead and supervise the kitchen.
• Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
• Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
• Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
• At least one year's experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
