Scoffs Group is recruiting a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) for a 16 hours per week contract at its Costa Coffee franchise location. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
No prior barista management experience is required; full training and tools will be provided. You’ll thrive on coffee, people, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
