As a General Assistant at Sodexo, you’ll be the face of our service, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
You’ll be part of a friendly team where no two days are the same, supporting with food and drinks, customer service, stock, cleanliness and the smooth running of our venues.
What you’ll do:- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Prepare, cook and serve fresh, delicious and safe food and drinks.
- Take payments and handle cash and other resources responsibly.
- Receive and safely store food and stock deliveries.
- Keep work areas clean, safe and tidy.
- Help guests find their way around and ensure they have everything they need.
- Use equipment and systems safely and report any issues to your Team Leader.
- Follow all hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Friendly and welcoming – you’ll help make every guest feel valued.
- A team player who can also work independently.
