We are a long-established, family‑run jewellery store based in the heart of Southampton, known for our quality pieces, loyal customers, and welcoming atmosphere. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our team and continue delivering an exceptional in‑store experience.

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the store, leading by example and inspiring your team to perform at their best. You will combine strong people management skills with a genuine passion for jewellery and visual merchandising.

• Managing the daily operations of the store
• Motivating, coaching, and enthusing staff to achieve individual and store targets
• Creating attractive and effective product displays through strong visual merchandising
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Supporting and developing team members within a friendly, supportive environment
• Maintaining high standards across presentation, service, and performance

• Previous retail management experience is essential
• A strong passion for merchandising and presentation
• Confident leader who can motivate and inspire a team
• Professional, approachable, and customer‑focused
• Organised, reliable, and hands‑on in your management style
