Hourly rate starts at ₣13.28, increases to ₣14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with a minimum of 12 hours available for those preferring fewer hours.

• Serve shoppers every day, delivering great natural service.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers and deliver store routines that meet their needs.

• Understand store performance and contribute to driving service, sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
