Sun 14:00-23:30, Fri 14:00-18:00, Sat 12:00-23:30.

Pay

Starting rate £13.28 an hour; £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Responsibilities
  • Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
  • Be knowledgeable about the products and services in your store.
  • Work across the store—including service, picking, and replenishment areas—where required.
  • Apply the training you receive to work safely, effectively, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Make customer‑centric decisions and deliver routines that meet their needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand store performance and contribute to driving service, sales, and profit while reducing waste and shrink.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in excellent condition.
  • Live Tesco’s values, welcome everyone, and follow all policies.
  • Accept deliveries into the store as required.
