We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join one of our retail home store teams. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on role you will manage warehouse operations, support the store manager, and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities- React quickly and positively to fast‑changing situations, creating a safe and productive environment.
- Plan and oversee the intake and dispatch of stock, including collections, deliveries and donations.
- Manage daily shop floor, customer‑service and store‑running duties.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental policies.
- Support and develop the warehouse team, providing training and guidance.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Work a flexible schedule: 5 days out of 7 per week, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality or another customer‑focused industry.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, motivated, proactive and commercially driven.
- Desirable but not essential: stock management experience.
- Results‑driven, resilient, able to adapt to business needs.
- Comfortable with a high level of manual work involving large items or volumes of stock.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments.
