Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; this increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
HoursWe offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you'd like to work fewer hours – down to a minimum of 12 – we have opportunities for that as well.
AvailabilityOur contracted hours are scheduled within the following availability windows. You'll receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shifts.

: 14:00 – 19:00 - Wednesday
: 19:00 – 23:00 - Friday
: 19:00 – 23:00 - Saturday
: 19:00 – 23:00
- Ensure the van and trays are clean and kept tidy.
- Keep the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, picking up litter as seen.
- Participate in the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required and check it for roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers about changes to their order, substitutions and offer refunds for unsatisfactory items.
- Treat all products and deliveries with care.
- Inform customers they will not be charged extra for substitutions.
- Deliver within the customer's time slot.
- Call the customer before arrival if early.
- Call the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
- Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
- Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, showing appreciation.
- Respond quickly to changing customer needs.
- Be energetic and driven, integrating home and work life.
- Share ideas with managers and colleagues on store improvement.
- Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) with no more than 3 penalty points for at least 12 months.
- Meet age requirements: have passed the school leaver's age; age 18 and over required for early or late shifts or specific areas.
- Holiday starts at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months, plus bank holidays.
