Barista – Store #69700 – Southampton Sainsbury's Lords Hill
Starbucks invites you to join us as a Barista in our Southampton Sainsbury’s Lords Hill location. No previous experience is needed, just a passion for providing joy to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Support store procedures including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and security.
- Assist fellow partners during high‑volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the store environment and building relationships with customers.
- Create the third‑place environment during each shift.
- Deliver legendary customer service, acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and establishing genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently in line with recipes and presentation standards.
Working Hours
Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior barista experience required.
- Passion for delighting customers.
- Willingness to support an introductory training programme and learning on the job.
