Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

What You’ll Do

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Southampton Millbrook – 20 hours per week. You will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need while handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean and preparing orders. You should be ready to roll up your sleeves, work early starts and late finishes, and support a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Offer outstanding customer service and ask the right questions to help customers complete their projects.
• Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; prior keyholder or supervisory experience is required.
