What you will be doing Skincare Specialist
  • Creating Engaging Skincare Experiences
    :
    Design and execute innovative, engaging skincare events and animations that drive customer interest and excitement for L'Oréal Luxe brands.
  • Team Skincare Leadership
    :
    Provide expert coaching and guidance to team members on all aspects of skincare, empowering them to confidently deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Personalised Skincare Consultations

    Serve as the go‑to skincare expert for customers, offering personalised recommendations and tailored skincare solutions to address individual needs and concerns.
Elevating Customer Experience
  • Delivering the One Luxe Experience

  • Product Expertise and Storytelling

  • Achieving Sales Targets

  • Promoting Events and Activities
