Mamas & Papas is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Southampton to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive the store experience and hit KPI targets. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivate the team and model excellence in customer service.
You’ll play a key ambassador role for our brand, delivering magical moments for new and expectant parents, and ensuring excellent service, stock control, and store standards while promoting our benefits and culture.
