DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

As a Deputy Store Manager within Mamas & Papas, you will be a key ambassador of creating magical moments for our customers and community of new and expectant parents. You will assist the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, store experience and achieving store KPI’s. Additionally, you will manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team and leading by example.
