As a Deputy Store Manager within Mamas & Papas, you will be a key ambassador for creating magical moments for our customers and community of new and expectant parents. You will assist the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, ensuring a great store experience and achievement of store KPI’s. You will manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing them while leading by example.

We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy or Assistant Manager who has inspired retail teams, leads by example and truly loves creating magical moments for our customers and their families.
