Salary£13.50 per hour
ResponsibilitiesJoin the team to support the management of the store, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store visual merchandising, reduce shrinkage and till errors, and help the team hit targets.
What You’ll Bring- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service
- Ability to develop and improve staff skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided; not essential for role)
