British Red Cross in Chichester is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy high-street shop. The role is permanent, 21 hours per week (including weekends) with a salary of £25,213 per annum pro rata.
You will work closely with the shop manager, supervise volunteers, and ensure a welcoming, customer-focused environment while meeting commercial targets and maintaining strong IT skills.
