About the Role as Senior Planning Analyst

As the Senior Planning Analyst, in this manufacturing and production environment you won’t just crunch numbers—you will be the strategic heartbeat of the business. You will bridge the gap between Procurement, and Finance, Production and Sales - to ensure stock is exactly where it needs to be. This is a high-impact role where accurate data-driven insights are crucial.

Responsibilities as Senior Planning Analyst
  • Drive Strategy: Own and build high-level demand, supply, and inventory plans across high-SKU categories, tracking key performance metrics like forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
  • S&OP Leadership: Play a defining role in the monthly Operations Planning process, confidently challenging commercial assumptions with solid data.
  • Mitigate Risk: Spot potential stock shortages or overstock risks early, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to keep the supply chain fluid.
Qualifications and experience as Senior Planning Analyst
  • A few years of experience in demand, supply, or inventory planning within a fast-paced, high-SKU environment. Production and manufacturing experience would be ideal too.
  • Analytical Superpowers: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn massive datasets into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
  • Volatility Expertise: Experience managing complex forecasting across international markets with high seasonality, promotions, and event-driven demand.
  • Bold Communicator: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Power BI is a major plus!
