Majestic Wine in West Sussex seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and daily store operations. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise KPI performance and uphold high standards across the store.
You will guide junior staff, share wine knowledge and run tasting counter events. The role requires WSET progression, a full UK driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
