As a Trainee Optical Assistant in our Shirley store you'll be part of a store that exemplify superb team working and customer excellence.

You don’t need to have previous Optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

What we’re looking for?

Some responsibilities of this role include:
  • Welcoming customers into store
  • Booking in eye tests
  • Pre-screening patients
  • Style advice and fitting of frames
  • Taking measurements
  • Taking phones calls
Desirable experience:

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
