We’re looking for an ambitious Residential Sales Manager to join our high‑performing team in our flagship Morris Dibben office in Southampton

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the branch’s residential sales performance. You will:

• Generate new business and support the Branch Manager in winning instructions
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with buyers and sellers both over the phone and in person
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Maximise opportunities by booking appointments for our in‑house mortgage advisors
• Support the Branch Manager with sales performance, pipeline management and daily activity
• Help to grow market share by identifying opportunities and maintaining high service standards

• Industry‑leading training and development, including pathways into senior roles

• Estate agency experience at Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or Sales Manager level
• Strong telephone skills and the ability to convert opportunities
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment
• Resilient, positive and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
