Sales Associate H&N – South West & South CentralWe are currently looking to identify top talent in the UK for a Sales Associate position in our Head & Neck division, supporting specifically the Maxillofacial, ENT & Neuro specialty. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business while identifying and developing new sales opportunities in these accounts. Our comprehensive consumables & capital portfolio includes Ultrasonic Aspirators, Neuro drills, maxillofacial rigid bone fixation systems, biomaterials, porous polyethylene implants, microdissection needles, Navigation, Microdebriders, neuro closure and patient‑specific implants to address a wide variety of surgical specialties and procedures.
You will work closely with an experienced sales team, help develop & foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and take an active part in customer education in the field to support greater customer engagement and commercial success.
- Maintain existing business relationships within Maxillofacial, ENT & Neuro accounts.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in targeted accounts.
- Provide customer education and support in the field.
- Build and nurture relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, internal teams and potential new customers.
- Display exemplary customer service and patient focus.
- B.A. or B.S 2:1 degree, ideally in a science or business-based subject (or equivalent experience).
- Some sales or business experience is ideal but not essential.
- Natural ease to take ‘ownership’.
- A coachable mentality, embracing a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated drive and desire to succeed and win.
