Netley Court is a purpose-built 65‑bed residential care home located in the heart of Netley Abbey village, caring for dementia and residential residents. We are looking for an ambitious, dedicated and compassionate sales person to join the team. You will ensure the effective daily operation of Sales and Marketing while meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Update the Sales and Marketing activity database on an ongoing basis and produce activity reports daily, weekly or ad hoc.
  • Co‑ordinate input from all team members.
  • Assist in answering all general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers, including brochure requests, internet enquiries and other channels.
  • Acquire and collate information from customers as required, chasing up outstanding details.
  • Assist at Sales and Marketing events, with special emphasis on preparation for and coordination of all sales events and exhibitions.
  • Record and follow up sales leads to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Ensure that all reports are prepared within the required timescale and are accurate.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date information on the pipeline of potential residents and their likely transition to permanent residents to maximise revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close relationships with all key care influencers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and work to bring them to completion where possible.
  • Provide flexibility in covering the Sales & Marketing office over seven days, including weekends and evening hours as required.
Person Specification
  • Must work closely with the General Manager and display decisiveness, self‑motivation, proactivity, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Confident, enthusiastic and keen to excel in all responsibilities.
  • Capable of prioritising workload and working under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including influencing abilities, are essential.
