Location: Hedge End
We are recruiting a Sales Support Advisor to join a busy commercial team, providing high-quality sales support across customer enquiries, project coordination and internal sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, data accuracy and playing a key role in enabling successful sales outcomes.
As a Sales Support Advisor, you will act as a central point of contact for incoming enquiries, delivering professional sales support while working closely with internal sales teams to convert opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Support Advisor
Provide first-line sales support for customer enquiries, including product information and selection guidance.
Capture, qualify and log sales leads accurately within the CRM system to support sales pipelines.
Deliver proactive sales support by coordinating enquiries, quotations and project updates with internal teams.
Maintain and cleanse CRM data to ensure accurate reporting and effective sales support activity.
Follow up responses from marketing campaigns and events to develop qualified leads.
Carry out basic product sizing and selection processes (training provided).
Provide consistent sales support via phone, email and digital channels to ensure excellent customer service.
Support external sales teams by updating project and customer information.
Ensure all work aligns with internal quality, environmental and compliance standards.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering sales support or commercial coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner.
High attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and CRM records.
Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
Experience using CRM systems
