Sales Executive - Southampton - Office based - £27,000 plus excellent bonus structure - Join a Fast‑Paced, High‑Energy Team!

Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves talking to people, and enjoys playing a key role in delivering outstanding customer service? If you're driven, proactive and excited by the chance to grow accounts as well as win new business, this is the role for you.

We're supporting a very successful business locally in Southampton who are looking for a Sales Executive to join their friendly, collaborative team. You'll be at the heart of customer operations, making sure every client feels supported, understood, and ahead of the game.

Sales Executive duties include:
  • Building strong relationships by managing customer expectations and anticipating their needs
  • Handling incoming enquiries, and becoming the friendly voice customers trust
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service
  • Keeping accurate, up-to-date records to support customer success
  • Managing customer stock and tracking key information
  • Making proactive outbound calls to existing and potential new clients
  • Collaborating with the external sales team to drive business growth
  • Providing team support during annual leave or sickness
