What you’ll be doing
  • You’ll have direct responsibility for management of our Internal Sales & Counter Sales team developing them to perform their jobs effectively to exceed our customers’ needs.
  • Driving, motivating and bringing an infectious energy to the team.
  • A good awareness of the local merchant market to ensure we’re competitive.
  • Building solid relationships, growing spend for current customers and proactively seeking out new business.
  • Self-motivated and determined to succeed.
  • Keyholder responsibilities; opening and closing the branch as necessary...

There will be other responsibilities, but your primary focus is sales!
