Location:

Southampton - Salary: £24,000 – £29,000 + performance related bonus scheme

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends, no evenings!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage your own portfolio of small to mid-sized clients with a growth mindset
  • Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Advise on new products, renewals, and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure the best value
  • Working to targets with a generous incentive scheme to match
  • Promote additional services and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure all processes are compliant and well-documented
