Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy

Pay Range: £26,000 – £36,000 per annum + uncapped commission

• Win new business through proactive B2B sales activity (calls, Linked In, networking)
• Build and develop client relationships into long-term partnerships
• Source and headhunt high‑quality talent using industry‑leading tools
• Match candidates to suitable opportunities and guide them through the process
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Meet clients and candidates both virtually and in person
