Position: B2B Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive

B2B Appointment Setter / Business Development Executive Southampton | Office Based

O’Regan Sales Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business building a high-performance outbound sales operation focused on the UK SME market.

We are looking for confident, resilient and ambitious outbound sales professionals to join a structured,

This is not a customer service role.

This is a high-activity outbound B2B sales position.

The Role
  • Contacting UK businesses by phone
  • Qualifying opportunities
  • Booking appointments for the senior sales team
  • Speaking with SMEs and business owners across multiple sectors
  • Working within a KPI-driven sales environment
Responsibilities
  • Outbound B2B cold calling
  • Booking appointments and demonstrations
  • Managing CRM activity and follow-up
  • Achieving daily and weekly KPIs
  • Working closely with sales management
What We’re Looking For
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a structured sales environment
  • Previous telesales or lead generation experience preferred
