You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, driving sales, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Identify sales opportunities and maximise every enquiry to help achieve business targets
• Advise customers on available products and services, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
• Contribute to the achievement of weekly, monthly and annual performance targets
• Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with company procedures
• Maintain high standards across the working environment
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Support account management and payment follow‑up processes where required
• Take ownership of responsibilities during independent working periods or in the absence of management
• Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks and ad hoc duties as required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly and listen effectively
• Confidence in sales conversations and objection handling
