Position: E49H0: Account Executive (ID)

Account Executive role – 50 % Customer Account Management to retain and grow 50 % new business acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales conversations
  • Analyze logistics processes
  • Perform potential customer analyses to create prospect lists
  • Develop detailed strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Independently plan and organize activities; weekly report to sales management on customer visits and planned activities
  • Coordinate customer visits with efficient scheduling across the entire sales territory (time/territory management)
  • Submit offers in line with internal discount guidelines; bind price quotations based on pre‑prepared net price lists; ensure quick customer decisions
  • Follow up and promptly process sales leads from couriers, customer service staff, and marketing
  • Contribute to implementation of upcoming marketing programs and new product launches
  • Support customers and sales management in resolving problem cases
  • Monitor market and competitor developments through personal customer and prospect contacts
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales
  • High motivation, customer orientation, and commercial understanding
  • Proven track record as a sales professional with knowledge of the business environment and demonstrable success in managing multiple customer accounts to full satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English; valid driver’s license
