Senior Sales Negotiator — Southampton

We re recruiting a Senior Sales Negotiator for a successful Southampton agency operating in a higher-end residential market
. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys quality stock, strong client relationships, and progressing sales from instruction through to completion.

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to offer, negotiation, and agreed sale
• Conduct viewings and build strong rapport with buyers and vendors
• Generate new business opportunities (valuations, instructions, referrals)
• Provide excellent communication and updates to clients throughout the sales journey
• Work closely with the wider office team to hit monthly targets and maintain service standards
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM and ensure compliance/best practice is followed

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential estate agency sales
• Confident handling negotiations and progressing deals end-to-end
• Experience working with higher-value / premium property or a clear desire to move into that market
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Basic salary: 30,000 - 35,000
• OTE: 45,000
