Location:

Chandlers Ford – 100% office based.

Salary: FTE £28,000 – pro rata part time salary £18,918.92 plus commission / uncapped OTE. Plus fantastic benefits.

Hours of work:
Part‑time with flexible scheduling.

• Proactive outreach: make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients, identify and create new business opportunities.
• Generate leads for the sales team to qualify.
• Engage decision‑makers: navigate gatekeepers to connect with key stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of your sales process.
• Lead nurturing: track call outcomes, schedule follow‑ups, build strong relationships to convert leads into long‑term clients.
• CRM management: keep customer records up to date with accurate and timely data entry.
• Target achievement: meet and exceed set sales targets and performance KPIs to maximise OTE.

• B2B cold‑calling experience: proven in B2B/outbound cold calling and lead generation.
• Sales‑driven: goal‑oriented with a strong track record of sales success.
• CRM proficiency: experience managing leads and opportunities in a CRM system.
• Strong communication skills: exceptional verbal and written communication for client engagement.
• Attention to detail: high accuracy in data entry and CRM management.
