Kitchen Sales Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conduct home visits to measure, assess and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational and practical designs, utilising product knowledge to advise customers and resolve queries.

• Results‑driven with proven experience of reaching sales targets and KPI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills – able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Valid right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for depot positions.
