• Develop and implement sales strategies for the organization.
• Gather performance data, generate reports and accurately forecast sales predictions.

• Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to exceed objectives and implement positive changes.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on trend analysis, market monitoring and result tracking.
• Well‑developed business sense and strong number‑orientation.
• Proven leadership experience in a competitive sales environment.
• Experience in the direct‑mail, print, packaging or paper sectors is highly desirable.

• Residency in the UK and recent work experience in the print, packaging or paper industries.
