Position: Sales & Key Account Specialist - Fintech/Payment

We are looking for talented Key Account Specialist to work for our award-winning client in the Fintech and Payment Industry.

Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.
  • Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process hurdles
  • Reach out to customer leads through different channels
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners
  • Expedite the resolution of businesses problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest to the customer and to company.
  • Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
  • Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in Finance,Fintech and Payment industries is highly desirable
  • Complete knowledge of the trends and developments in the Sales industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
