Our client’s mission is to offer excellent and innovative printed products, quickly and without fuss. To achieve that, they are involved in all aspects of the value chain from product design, development, IT and systems, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, customer service, and retailing. Currently experiencing significant expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with on-demand printing experience and a desire to succeed.

This role requires a creatively minded individual who can come up with innovative sales strategies to promote our client’s on-demand printing services to new and existing customers. They are looking for someone who can evaluate their current performance and develop campaigns to help reach its full potential. This will involve performing thorough assessments of current trends and researching the identities of specific target markets.

  • Enjoy challenge and have ability to successfully present, negotiate and close new business.
  • Written communication – ability to construct emails, letters, reports, proposals and other documentation.
  • Verbal communication – ability to build rapport, actively listen, persuade and influence others, and convey relevant, complete and accurate information to clients and internal colleagues.
  • Face to face communication – ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, structure and manage meetings and presentations to successful outcomes to support business development strategy.
  • Strong organisation skills able to take a planned and organised approach to workload & prioritise tasks.
  • High levels of commitment, with the willingness to contribute additional effort if required.
  • Ability to work as a genuine team player (not just within the sales function) to maximise all opportunities.
  • Ability to demonstrate and evidence previous success in achieving sales targets and closing sales.
