Position:
National Account Manager

Salary: £45,000 DOE + £540 (monthly) Car Allowance or Company Car + 20% Bonus

Location:
Bedfordshire - 1 day a week in the office. Monthly travel to customer sites expected.

One of the world's leading consumer brands in Imaging Retail Products is seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth in their Imaging Solutions business.

About you:
  • Responsible for managing and expanding national accounts within your assigned customer portfolio.
What you will be doing:
  • Manage key retail customers (existing and new) representing the Imaging Retail Division.
  • Coordinate with the Business Manager to meet KPIs within your accounts.
  • Present new products to buyers, managers, and marketing departments within your accounts.
  • Maximize account profit through negotiation, promotional sales budgets, retail promotion plans, and category management initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new sectors.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the account and market structure.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels within the accounts.
  • Conduct regular in-store and online audits.
  • What we are looking for:
    • Experience in a National Account Management role within a large consumer brand.
    • Experience working with large retailers.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, with strong selling skills and target-driven.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
    • Pragmatic with a 'can-do' attitude.
    • Experience with CRMs such as SAP or similar.
    • Full UK Driving License.
