Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Southampton, Hampshire. This Car Sales Executive role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated motor trade professionals to develop their careers within a reputable dealership group.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Maximising profitability on each sale as a Car Sales Executive
Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Presenting customers with options, accessories, extended warranties, and finance facilities
Developing product knowledge, including features and benefits
Acting as a brand ambassador with full understanding of all vehicles and related products
Managing customer appointments and following up on sales leads
Working in a fast-paced environment, especially during periods of stock expansion

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a car sales role within the motor trade
Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures
Organisation skills to manage customer appointments effectively
Ability to demonstrate initiative and actively prospect new customers
Full UK driving licence with a clean record preferred
Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, or similar sectors will be considered
