We’re looking for a Regional Field Sales Manager to join our Broker team in the Southampton region. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and managing a network of dealerships, brokers, and introducers—driving both the performance and quality of business while ensuring strong compliance and long-term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and onboarding new dealership and introducer partners within your region
  • Strengthening and growing existing relationships, including re‑engaging dormant accounts
  • Supporting partners to maximise performance and commercial success
  • Monitoring compliance to ensure all partners meet regulatory and company standards
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Providing market insight and promoting the Car Money proposition to partners
  • Maintaining accurate systems, records, and documentation
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience within the motor trade (dealer experience advantageous)
  • Background as a Business Manager or Sales Controller
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance products
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to develop and influence business relationships
  • Experience managing a large geographic territory
  • Highly motivated, professional, and results‑driven
  • Strong communication and IT skills
