Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
Description
We are seeking a talented Account Manager (Employee Benefits) to manage and develop a portfolio of Healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations that meet client requirements.
LocationBased in any of our Southern region offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Chichester, Bournemouth, London, Cardiff or Southampton), this is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities- Managing existing Healthcare client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
- Identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenues and achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders
- Providing accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
- Liaising with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
- Promoting and delivering high quality service and advice
- Account Management/Sales experience with a proven background providing exceptional customer service
- Adept at identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
- Positive can-do attitude, who is happy to travel and enjoys meeting new people
- Proven track record of client retention and business development
- Knowledge of employee benefit platforms would be an advantage
