We’re looking for motivated, confident, and commercially minded graduates to join our client’s growing technology sales team in Southampton. This is an opportunity to build a successful career in one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries, working with innovative technology solutions and learning from seasonsed sales professionals.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and a structured career development programme are provided from day one.
What You'll Be Doing- Building relationships with prospective business customers.
- Identifying opportunities through outbound calls, emails, Linked In, and referrals.
- Understanding customer challenges and recommending suitable technology solutions.
- Booking meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales consultants.
- Managing your own pipeline using the company CRM system.
- Working closely with marketing and account management teams.
- Consistently working towards and exceeding sales targets.
- A recent graduate (or graduating this year) in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive, resilient, and motivated to succeed.
- Curious about technology and business.
- Confident speaking with people over the phone and online.
- Organised with excellent time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £40,000
