Are you an experienced Parts Advisor looking for a role with excellent pay, great hours, and no customer-facing sales?
We're recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy workshop in Southampton that specialises in prestige vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-organised environment where your focus is purely on sourcing the right parts to keep the workshop running efficiently.

The Role
Unlike traditional dealership Parts Advisor positions, this role is entirely workshop-based. You'll be responsible for sourcing and ordering parts for the technicians, with no retail counter, no upselling, and no customer service responsibilities.
Working as the sole Parts Advisor, you'll take ownership of the department and play a key role in supporting the workshop's daily operations.
What You’ll be Doing
 
* Sourcing parts from multiple suppliers to ensure the best availability and value.
 
* Ordering, receiving and managing parts for workshop jobs.
 
* Maintaining strong relationships with trade suppliers.
 
* Managing stock levels and ensuring efficient parts availability.
 
* Supporting the workshop team with accurate and timely parts supply.
 
* In busy periods or to cover sickness, you may be required to answer incoming phone calls.
Requirements
 
* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Specialist.
 
* Proven experience sourcing parts from multiple suppliers.
 
* Confident using Autoflow (desirable)
 
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
 
* A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
 
* Experience with in the motor trade is essential.

Salary and Benefits
 * £31,000 - £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
 
* Bonus scheme and optional overtime
 
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm.
 
* No weekends.
 
* No customer-facing sales or service.
 
* Work with an established workshop specialising in prestige vehicles.
 
* Autonomy to run a one-person parts department.
