Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is recruiting 2 Sales Advisors for an established house builder in Kent. The role involves meeting customers, guiding them through the sales journey, conducting viewings, driving reservations and hitting targets. 10am-5pm, £30-32k base with £50k OTE, plus 5% commission on bespoke extras.
Ideal candidates are target-driven, confident in negotiation, and able to work weekends and independently or as part of a team. Driving licence required and ASAP start.
