We are looking for a Part-Time New Home Sales Advisor to join our team at a new homes development in Southampton, Hampshire
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced new homes sales professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and helping customers find their perfect new home.

• Part-time: Saturday & Sunday
• Hours: 10:00am-5:00pm
• Location: Southampton, Hampshire
• Salary: Dependent upon experience

You will be a driven, committed and enthusiastic sales professional with proven experience within the new homes/property industry

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous new homes sales experience - essential
• Is confident, professional and customer-focused
• Has a proven ability to generate and convert sales
• Is target-driven and motivated to achieve results
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Can work independently and take ownership of the sales process
• Is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
