Are you an experienced Yacht Broker looking for your next career move? We are looking to recruit a Yacht Broker to join our established team in Swanwick. Based at Swanwick Marina, in the heart of the UK’s sailing industry, this is an opportunity to work with a globally recognised yacht brokerage and a portfolio of some of the world’s leading yacht brands.

Ancasta specialises in new and used sail and motorboats and combines an extensive international network with a strong local presence. The Swanwick office is a busy hub for both new and brokerage sales, offering clients access to a broad range of yachts and a truly comprehensive buying and selling service.

As Yacht Broker, you will play a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships and guiding buyers and sellers through the yacht sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Developing and managing relationships with yacht owners and prospective buyers
• Identifying new brokerage and sales opportunities
• Managing yacht listings and proactively marketing available vessels
• Conducting yacht viewings and supporting sea trials
• Advising clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion
• Building a strong network of industry and client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues across Ancasta's wider UK and international network
• Representing Ancasta at boat shows, events and other industry opportunities

We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and genuine knowledge of the leisure marine industry. You may already be working as a Yacht Broker, Yacht Sales Executive, Boat Sales Professional or in another client facing sales role.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in yacht, boat or marine sales
• Strong knowledge of the leisure marine market
• A genuine passion for yachts, sailing or boating
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Commercial confidence and strong negotiation ability
• A proactive approach to generating new business
• The ability to manage multiple clients and transactions effectively
• Professionalism, energy and a real desire to succeed
