Business Development Manager – Steel Portal Frames I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a newly established Steel Portal Frames business, backed by a leading Modular Buildings Group.

Steel Portal Frames / Modular Buildings / Construction Territory: UK-wide We’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business. Ideally, you’ll come from a Portal Frames or Industrial Buildings background, although experienced candidates from Modular Buildings will also be considered. You’ll be responsible for:
• Developing new business and building a strong pipeline
• Building relationships with contractors, developers, end users and consultants
• Managing opportunities from enquiry through to contract award
• Working with estimating, design and operations teams to develop solutions
• Developing budgetary pricing and formal estimates
• Identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial and confident in developing business from the ground up , with strong construction sector knowledge and excellent relationship-building skills.
