Sales Executive Southampton £25,000 - £55,000 OTE (Uncapped)  Company Car Permanent | Full-Time The Opportunity I'm currently representing a well-established automotive retailer that is looking to recruit an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its successful Southampton dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales experience, although attitude, drive, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service are equally important.

Full product and systems training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within the automotive industry. You'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding individual needs, and guiding customers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales opportunities. Build rapport with customers and understand their individual requirements. Demonstrate suitable vehicle options and arrange test drives. Negotiate pricing, finance packages, and purchasing options within company guidelines. Manage customer information accurately and maintain up-to-date records. Coordinate vehicle orders and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations. Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Proactively generate leads through prospecting, referrals, and existing customer relationships. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the dealership to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Ideal Candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities. Able to build relationships and influence purchasing decisions. Quick to learn and confident processing information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Competent using Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Full UK driving licence preferred. What's On Offer?
