Our client is a growing European provider of industrial workplace organisation, visual management and continuous improvement solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage key accounts across the South of England.

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio.
• Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics and warehousing sectors.
• Conduct customer site visits across the South and Midlands.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity and operational efficiency through lean and visual management solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, pilot projects and customer presentations.
• Maintain CRM records and manage your territory autonomously.

• 3 to 5+ years' B2B field sales experience.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering or material handling sectors.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or 5S principles is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing a territory independently.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a consultative sales style.
• Full UK driving licence.
