Car Sales Executive

Location: Nursling

We are seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join a reputable electric vehicle dealership in Southampton, Hampshire. This Car Sales Executive role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their career within a well-established automotive group.

Key benefits:

Basic salary up to £25,000 with an on-target earning of £50,000 plus uncapped commission
Company car provided
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 to 18:00, with a regular day off during the week and a one-hour lunch break
Saturday hours, 08:30 to 17:00, and Sunday hours, 10:00 to 16:00 on a rotating basis (every other weekend)

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets, including additional product sales such as warranty and finance packages
Maximise profitability on vehicle sales by offering suitable finance options and extras
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle range, accessories, and warranty options
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the dealership positively in the local community
Fulfil customer appointments, efficiently managing sales process stages and follow-ups to generate leads and prospects
Uphold industry standards and compliance regulations at all times

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in motor vehicle sales or a strong sales background with transferable skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to plan, organise, and meet sales deadlines
Ability to demonstrate initiative and actively prospect for new customers
Full UK driving licence
