Uncapped Commission | Career Progression | Part Time About the role As a Sales Progressor , you’ll take ownership of the property sales progression process, working closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors and other estate agents involved in the chain. You’ll keep all parties updated throughout the process, identify and resolve issues that could delay a transaction, and work proactively to help sales progress through to exchange and completion .
You’ll also be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service throughout what can be a complex and important stage of the property journey. As the final point of contact, you’ll also have the opportunity to be involved in handing over the keys to new homeowners. What’s in it for you? You may be an experienced Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Sales Progressor or Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity. To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Previous experience in estate agency, residential sales, sales progression or conveyancing Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail The ability to manage multiple sales and competing priorities Resilience, positivity and a proactive approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email and internet systems Good numerical skills and the ability to understand and manage property transaction information About Connells Group Connells Group is one of the UK’s largest property services groups, with a wide range of opportunities across estate agency, lettings, property management, mortgage services, land and new homes .
